Dr.
Shaun Keel
The founder of Foster*A*Life (formerly Foster
Dreams). She is also a licensed psychologist who practices in
Lubbock. Dr. Keel has been involved in many charitable events including
the Race for the Cure and the Harley Party for Family Outreach.
However, her most successful event was being the originator of the concept
for Fourth on Broadway. She served as Street Fair chair for the first
and second year. She also was co-chair for the entire event the second
year of the celebration.
Mr.
Carl Keel
Carl Keel is the Technical Support Coordinator for the
Lubbock Independent School District and he is returning to the committee this
year. He has helped with fundraising efforts for Family Outreach and
has played a very important role in the development of Foster*A*Life.
Mr.
Ryan Callison
Ryan recently graduated from Lubbock Christian
University with a degree in Communications. He is the Online Media
Coordinator at Visit Lubbock-Lubbock Convention and Visitors Bureau. He also
has served a major role in this event for the last two years. Ryan has
helped with fundraising events as well as volunteered for organizations
throughout his life. Ms. Madison Dolph
Madison is a student at Texas Tech University majoring
in psychology. She plans to attend a doctoral program in psychology. She
has been a volunteer for Foster*A*Life since summer of 2007 including helping
with the tutoring program. Madison played an essential role for last year's
event.
Ms.
Erica Perry
Erica is a graduate of Texas Tech University. She serves
at the Sales Manager of Education for Visit Lubbock-Lubbock Convention and
Visitors Bureau. Erica has volunteered for Prevent Blindness as well as the
Whites Chapel United Methodist Church in Southlake, Texas.
Ms. Shannon Miller
Shannon is a graduate of Texas Tech University. She works for Watson Sysco
Food Services in the merchandising department. She has volunteered for Foster
*A*Life and the Leukemia Foundation as well as other agencies through the
Pirates of the Plains,
Ms.
Jill Norris
Jill is the former owner of Rainbow's End Child Care
Facility and the Abundant Care, which is an assisted living home for the
elderly. Jill was also a foster parent for 10 years and she provided foster
care for 24 children. She also adopted one of her foster children, Ciara, who
is now a happy teenager.
Mr.
Wayne Taylor
Wayne is semi-retired after being in the food service
business for 34 years. He is a senior account manager for Food Service
Systems. He has volunteered for Meals on Wheels as well as other charitable
agencies as the president of the Pirates of the Plains.
